Parish Clerk & Responsible Finance Officer

Spixworth Parish Council wishes to appoint a Parish Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer.

The role is based at the Parish Council office located at the Village Hall for a working week of 20 hours, Monday to Friday.

The scale of pay will be within the NJC National Salary Scale LC2 within the range 30-34 pro rata with a starting point based upon experience and qualifications. (CILCA Qualification or similar is preferred.)

The Council has 12 councillors, meets monthly and has committees comprising Planning, Highways & Amenities and Personnel and the Council is now preparing its Neighbourhood Plan for its community. The Council is also the Sole Trustee for Spixworth Village Hall and the appointed person will act as the Clerk to the Trustee.
